Synopsis

يتناول العمل قصة صعود وسقوط الملياردير الأمريكي جوردان بيلفورت. حيث يسرد علاقة جوردان بيلفورت بالمباحث الفيدرالية، ومحاولتها تجنيده وتأثير ذلك على أعماله ثم سقوطه المدوي. تبدأ الأحداث بصعود أسطورة بيلفورت وتحوله لملياردير، وكيف انتهى به الأمر بعد محاكمته في نهاية التسعينات بتهمٍ مختلفة من ضمنها الإتجار بالمخدرات وغسيل الأموال وسجنه لمدة 36 شهراً.
